Jennifer Jones was born in Denver, Colorado in 1980. In 2003 she recieved her BFA in painting from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. While attending Baylor she studied abroad for 5 months in Florence, Italy at the Lorenzo Di'Medici school of art where she took painting and drawing courses. Jennifer recieved her MFA in painting/drawing in 2009 from the University of North Texas. She has been teaching in the core drawing program there at UNT, where she has taught Drawing I, Drawing II, Beginning Figure Drawing and Advanced Figure Drawing.
